We are seeking a highly analytical Financial Analyst to join our team, supporting commercial financial planning and providing valuable business insights. This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Commercial Development, Program Management, Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations, to enhance financial transparency, identify risks and opportunities, and challenge the status quo.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Partner with leaders to deliver data-driven decisions that align with our strategic objectives.
2. Develop and submit annual financial targets, mid- to long-term strategic plans, and regular outlook updates, focusing on top-line growth.
3. Create and implement financial models to facilitate proactive decision-making.
4. Enhance analytical capabilities and educate leadership teams on key financial metrics, such as average pricing and associated revenue streams.
5. Provide in-depth analysis and decision support on pricing, financial analysis for contract negotiations, supply contracts, financial modeling, project evaluations, performance measures, and business goal development.
6. Contribute to global responsibility for financial and management accounting, ensuring adherence to IFRS standards.
Key Requirements:
1. A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or related fields, preferably in pharma or Big 4 firms.
2. Expertise in modeling, data analysis, and forecasting, with advanced proficiency in Excel and financial software.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
4. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly and effectively to leadership.
5. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail in reporting and analysis.
6. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
7. A proactive approach to understanding customer and market needs.
