Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Communications Coordinator for a Geneva-based law firm. The ideal candidate will have excellent writing skills, strong knowledge of social media, and the ability to communicate effectively in English and French.
Responsibilities
1. Drafting and editing content for social media and website posts, as well as other written communications.
2. Preparing submissions for legal ranking directories and awards.
3. Developing and maintaining relationships with media and legal directories.
4. Updating lawyers' profiles in professional databases and directories.
5. Assisting with client pitches and business proposals.
6. Coordinating lawyers' participation in arbitration conferences and related events.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or Law.
2. Formal training or prior experience in marketing/PR or business development, preferably in a law firm or professional services firm.
3. Excellent writing and communication skills in English and French.
4. Deep knowledge of social media platforms, WordPress, and digital graphic design tools.
5. Strong interest in the business of legal services and international law.
6. Effective time-management and interpersonal skills.
