The Role:

Starting as early as March you will:
Work a pensum of 100% for a duration of up to 6 months with a preferred start in March
Take part in the biggest merger in Switzerland's history
Cover the operational and processing aspects
Perform formality checks and adjustments of mandates
Contact different front office teams in case of incomplete or incorrect formalities and ensure completion and correctness
Manage standard operating procedures with highest quality standards
Your Team:
You’ll be working in the Front Support Office Team in Zurich-Opfikon. Your team consolidates the end-to-end process for all Global Wealth Management clients. Your Expertise:
Experience in financial services industry
Knowledge of investment banking and financial services industry
Business education/diploma, with financial focus as an advantage
Fluent in English with excellent written skills; German skills are a plus
Ability and technical understanding to quickly learn and adapt to different tools
Resilient and able to perform under pressure
Solution-oriented way of thinking (keen to deliver highest level of quality services)
Responsible and conscious of risks. Attention to quality and client satisfaction is imperative
Solid experience with MS Office
