Responsibilities:
Supporting the Purchasing & Cost Controlling Manager in every way possible.
Management of the department in the absence of the Purchasing & Cost Controlling Manager to the best of your knowledge and ability.
Co-responsible for the entire purchasing department (excluding fresh products).
Carrying out operational purchasing in consultation with the Purchasing & Cost Controlling Manager.
Taking on larger purchasing projects.
Supervision and periodic evaluation of suppliers by means of analyses.
Analysing and monitoring daily, monthly, semi-annual and annual financial statements.
Co-supervision of F&B cost controlling.
Carrying out and analysing spot checks.
Analysing various statistics.
Accounts receivable and accounts payable control.
Programming the KOST merchandise management system and the MATRIX cash register system.
Co-organisation and implementation of major events.
Management of employees and apprentices.
Working closely with the Culinary Director and the F&B Operations and Groups & Events departments.
