Job Title: SAP HCM Consultant

Responsibilities:
1. You will be responsible for implementing and coordinating complex projects in the SAP HCM environment and designing innovative solutions.
2. Controlling order and demand management for external experts is one of your key tasks, ensuring smooth collaboration.
3. By analyzing, advising and implementing medium to large-scale projects, you will actively contribute to the further development of Swiss Post and shape a wide variety of projects.
4. You will optimize existing solutions through support, customizing and targeted enhancements, giving you the opportunity to gain development experience directly in your day-to-day work.
5. You will design tailor-made solutions that optimally fulfill both functional and non-functional requirements and contribute to increasing efficiency.
6. As a technical hub, you will act as the central point of contact for payroll issues and work closely with the HR and Finance departments to achieve sustainable improvements.
Required:
1. A higher business or technical education forms the basis of your qualification - ideally supplemented by experience with agile working methods.
2. You have many years of technical expertise with SAP in the HR environment, particularly in Payroll, or with SuccessFactors EC.
3. You find it easy to advise the people responsible in business and functional areas and find effective and efficient solutions.
4. Clear prioritization and a balanced distribution of tasks within the team are a matter of course for you.
5. Commitment, solution orientation and personal responsibility are values that characterize your working style.
6. You communicate well in German, have a good command of English and basic knowledge of a second national language.
