Finance & HR Administrator (f/m/d)

Your core activity will be the largely independent handling of financial and personnel administrative processes for our foundation's Human Rights Hub in Geneva.
* Advising the team on financial matters in accordance with the funding guidelines of the German funding organizations and the specifications of the foundation's office in Germany,
* Detailed planning and monthly monitoring of the budgets provided,
* Checking all expenses for compliance with funding guidelines and settling invoices via online banking,
* Cash management,
* Settlement of all expenses via the online booking system Dynamics Business Central,
* Processing of all payment-related documents,
* Preparation of documents for audit
* Managing permanent files and posting documents in DokuWare,
* Managing the personal files of local employees and preparing salary payments with the Swiss authorities,
* Contact and correspondence with all service providers relevant to personnel administration
* Communications with local authorities
Requirements:
* Proven knowledge in the financial and personnel administration area,
* Experience in the administration of public funds is an advantage,
* Very good written and spoken English and/or German, knowledge of French,
* Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting or ERP software (preferably Microsoft Dynamics),
* Willingness to familiarize yourself with software programs (including accounting, ERP and document digitization),
* Flexibility / team spirit / proactivity / reliability / diligence.
* 3-5 years work experience.
