As Junior Trade Marketing Manager - EMEA, you will join the Geneva-based Europe-Middle East-Africa (EMEA) team at Interparfums. Working closely with the Sr Trade Marketing Managers and Director, you will contribute to the success of our fragrance brands by ensuring the coordination of all trade marketing matters between the NY head office and the EMEA markets.
This position is in-office 4 days per week and remote 1 day per week.
Key Responsibilities
1. Plan & Execute Trade Marketing strategies for portfolio of brands
* Support the teams in planning & executing the trade marketing strategy to grow sales of all Interparfums License brands across the region and the various distribution networks.
* Monitor global trade marketing updates and deploy to EMEA team and customers.
* Adapt marketing & training presentations to meet markets specific needs.
* Track marketing plans, launch execution & promotional activities (incl. planning, approval and post-analysis).
* Coordinate local and regional media plans.
* Coordinate merchandising & visual requests, promoting brand equity in all markets.
* Contribute to planning of EMEA yearly marketing conference, gathering 100+ guests over the course of 3 days.
Collaborate with New York-based Trade Marketing team to meet EMEA’s commercial needs
* Identify and report EMEA needs, trends and challenges to NY global trade marketing team. Report key executions.
* Consolidate & track trade marketing forecasts and specific needs.
* Influence new product developments by consolidating region’s needs.
* Communicate feedback on new product samples and scent tests.
* Initiate & follow specific products & promotions developments.
* Report key markets major events: launches, promotions.
* Consolidate and share competitive intelligence reports.
Education/Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
* 1+ years of experience in trade marketing.
* Previous working experience in the fragrance or beauty industry.
Required Skills
* Computer and analytical skills: Excellent Powerpoint/Excel capabilities. Clipchamp or other video editing software is a plus.
* Proficiency in English, French a plus.
* Multi-task management, solution-oriented with ability to react quickly.
