Position Overview:
We are a Swiss international recruiting company specializing in financial services and wealth management. We are currently expanding our team in Zurich and we are looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant Intern to join us.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and attract potential candidates for various positions within the wealth management sector.
- Conduct thorough screening calls to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for our organisation.
- Handle administrative duties, including maintaining candidate records and scheduling interviews.
- Collaborate with senior managers to understand staffing needs and provide regular updates on candidate progress.
- Stay informed about industry trends and recruitment best practices to improve sourcing strategies.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous relevant work experience in a fast-paced environment with client contact is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with candidates and team members.
- Advanced knowledge of German and fluency in English (both written and spoken) are essential; knowledge of additional languages such as Portuguese, Spanish, Russian, French, or Dutch is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in candidate records and administrative tasks.
- Proactive attitude and a willingness to take initiative in supporting team goals.
- Background in recruiting and/or banking industry is also a plus.
