As a Flex-Track Graduate, you are in the driving seat to define your rotations 2 and 3 within all departments of the bank.

Your profile (depending on the Track and location you apply)
* Master’s degree from a university or university of applied sciences with above-average grades in STEM (science, technology, engineering, mathematics), banking, finance, business administration, economics, hospitality management, law, business innovation, data science, data analytics, and related fields. Candidates from other fields and with a passion for wealth management can also apply (graduation max. 12 months ago)
* Initial practical experience in areas related to your chosen track are a plus
* Passion for wealth management
* Strong analytical, conceptual skills and fast thinker
* Very good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
* Independent, resilient, and team-oriented personality
* Entrepreneurial mindset, coupled with the willingness to take responsibility
* Fluency in English, for some positions German, and other languages
* Eligibility to work in Switzerland (the country where you apply for the position)
