To complete the team, the Faculty of Political and Social Sciences and the Institute of Psychology is looking for a Junior Lecturer in social psychology(Postdoctoral position) in Christian Staerklé’s team, Professor of Social Psychology, Social Psychology Laboratory (UNILaPS) (seerecent publications for examples).

Contract duration: 1 year, renewable 2 x 2 years, maximum 5 years
Activity rate: 100 %
Starting annual salary: 83'160 CHF
Workplace: Lausanne-Dorigny, Géopolis Building
Your responsibilities
In your activities, you will have to:
* 50% of the activity rate will be devoted to research: collaborative research in the field of social and political psychology with the person supervising the position; development of new projects; article writing.
* 50% of the activity rate will be devoted to shared research and to participation in teaching: participation in the supervision of Master theses, participation in exam correction, co-organization and teaching, participation in courses and seminars.

Your qualifications
In order to complete our team, we are looking for someone with the following skills:
* PhD degree in Psychology, or related discipline;
* one year of post-doctoral research experience;
* research programme in the domain of social and / or political psychology;
* extensive experience in research methods and quantitative data analysis;
* knowledge of qualitative methods is an asset;
* published work in peer-reviewed journals;
* knowledge of both English and French (teaching activities are generally in French, research activities in English);
* willingness and motivation to join the Social Psychology lab (UnilaPS);
* Cooperative attitude and desire to collaborate with colleagues within and outside the lab.
