Your responsibilities will be to:
1. Develop and implement a robust patch management strategy to ensure all IT & OT systems are up to date with the latest security patches.
2. Collaborate with IT and OT departments to align patching schedules and minimize disruptions.
3. Monitor patching cycles and verify the successful deployment of patches across systems.
4. Investigate security breaches and other cybersecurity incidents.
5. Document security breaches and assess the damage they cause.
6. Manage the TISAX (Trusted Information Security Assessment Exchange) certification process for the region, ensuring all sites will comply with TISAX standards.
7. Conduct regular security assessments, including TISAX self-audits, to identify and remediate vulnerabilities.
8. Implement and manage cybersecurity solutions for manufacturing environments, such as Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) devices.
9. Train staff on cybersecurity best practices.
10. Be part of a multinational SOC (Security Operation Center), managing and checking threats and vulnerabilities with a follow-the-sun schedule.
Our requirements:
11. University degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
12. Ideally 3+ years of experience in a relevant role.
13. Proficient English language skills - knowledge of French is considered an asset.
14. Familiarity with regulations and standards such as FDA, GDPR.
15. Knowledge of TISAX certification and the ability to navigate its assessment and compliance processes.
16. Strong analytical skills to identify and mitigate potential threats.
17. Communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical staff.
18. Experience with computer network penetration testing and techniques.
19. Understanding of firewalls, proxies, SIEM, antivirus, and IDPS concepts.
20. Ability to identify and mitigate network vulnerabilities and explain how to avoid them.
21. Excellent documentation and communication skills.
22. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
23. Relevant certifications such as GICSP, CISSP, or other relevant cybersecurity certifications are a plus.
