How the Young Talent Program Works
You will be part of a full-time 12-month contract, giving you a real working experience. This program offers unique exposure and immersion into our diverse organization. You will have the opportunity to work on current team priorities and be involved in every aspect of our activities and projects. From the start, you will be given a challenging, hands-on role, working in a diverse, global environment. You will be supervised and mentored with frequent reviews as part of a structured development program.
What You Will Do
As part of the Account Management Team, you'll work with some of the world's most prestigious luxury brands, helping to shape and execute marketing strategies that engage their target audiences and drive business growth. You'll collaborate with a team of talented professionals committed to delivering high-quality work that exceeds client expectations.
* Support the execution of mandates and production of deliverables
* Attend client meetings, take and share notes, and present certain deliverables to clients
* Coordinate internal expert teams: Creative & Content, Social Media, Data & Analytics, Performance Media, etc.
* Coordinate expert activities
* Maintain and update project documentation (client onboarding, etc.)
* Participate in business development or marketing activities
Requirements to Join Our Program
1. Recently graduated from university
2. At least 6 months of experience in a Marketing agency, preferably in SEO/SEA/Social Media Campaign / Growth Hacking
3. Ability to effectively interact with coworkers at various levels and disciplines
4. Effective negotiation and problem-solving skills required
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Keynote
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
7. Highly organized with attention to detail
8. Exceptional initiative and follow-through skills
9. Fluent in English and French (spoken and written)
