Purpose: Leading and overseeing contract management processes and governance frameworks that support the MedTech Surgery Supply Chain. This role ensures alignment with performance targets and compliance with corporate and regulatory standards.
You will be responsible for:
1. Contract Management:
1. Lead the development, review, and administration of intercompany and third-party contracts to ensure alignment with MT Surgery’s supply chain structure.
2. Oversee contract lifecycle management, including timely renewals, expiration notifications, and proper storage for audit readiness.
3. Drive cross-functional input integration for contracts to ensure alignment with the applicable functional streams, including Supply Chain and Commercial organizations.
4. Ensure contracts are implemented adequately to support the supply chain structure and meet strategic objectives.
2. Governance Framework:
1. Maintain the governance framework for Cilag GmbH International to support supply chain compliance and alignment.
2. Establish and maintain required governance documentation and processes across functional areas.
3. Monitor and ensure compliance with governance standards and strategy requirements.
4. Serve as a liaison between Supply Chain, Commercial, and other relevant organizations to drive compliance and alignment.
5. Provide support for business excellence and Supply Chain strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
6. Prepare reports and presentations that communicate insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
3. Compliance and Audit Support:
1. Support internal/external audits, including Finance, Procurement, and Quality, ensuring that contract and governance documentation meets all requirements.
2. Provide documentation and process support for external audits and inquiries as required.
4. General Responsibilities:
1. Comply with all environmental, safety, and occupational health policies (e.g., ISO14001, OSHAS18001).
2. Ensure personal and organizational compliance with all Federal, State, local, and Company regulations, policies, and procedures.
3. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications / Requirements:
1. Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in contract management, procurement, or supply chain roles, preferably within the MedTech or healthcare industry.
2. Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Contract Management, or a related field.
3. Strong knowledge of contract law, regulations, and supply chain compliance as well as MedTech supply chain operations.
4. Experience in conducting audits and compliance reviews.
5. Experience in Supply Chain Business Excellence and/or Supply Chain strategy.
6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and contract terms.
7. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
8. Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
9. Experience in driving cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of contracts.
10. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while demonstrating leadership capabilities.
11. High level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in contract documentation and governance processes.
12. Willingness to adapt to changing business needs and priorities in a dynamic environment.
