Job Description
We are seeking a driven and hands-on Business Development Manager to co-create and execute our commercial strategy, actively engaging with partners across the dental and medical device sectors.
This role is focused on profitable growth, building strong partnerships, and accelerating the future of the company through hands-on execution and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute the company's commercial strategy, creating value and accelerating growth.
* Build relationships by visiting distributors and final customers, strengthening partnerships and identifying opportunities for growth.
* Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand key markets.
* Oversee and optimize distributor relationships, ensuring alignment with company goals and values.
* Ensure commercial strategies align with profitable growth objectives and contribute to P&L performance.
* Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., production, R&D) to align commercial goals with operational capabilities.
* Leverage dental or medical device experience to position the company as a trusted partner within the industry.
Requirements:
* Experience in the dental industry, ideally with distributor management.
* Demonstrated experience managing distributor networks.
* Able to deliver on P&L objectives and self-motivated to drive business success.
* A self-motivated, execution-focused professional with a passion for delivering results.
* Willingness to engage with customers and travel across Europe.
* Experience in an SME environment is highly beneficial.
* Business fluency in English is a must.
* Strong German skills are highly preferred, additional languages aligning with key markets are a plus.
