Main responsibilities among others include:
* Supporting the Store Manager in leading the team
* Acting as Deputy of the Store Manager in his/her absence
* Driving Sales
* Customer acquisition and retention
* Ensure the whole organization and running of the store together with the SM
SALES:
* Lead by example in service and customer care.
* Knowing the different collections and their products (style, material, tendencies etc.)
* Achieve Sales goals and cross selling.
* Guarantee of a perfect customer reception and service.
* Ensure a perfect appearance of the store and optimum product presentation (display cases, counters and furniture)
* Support of other staff during the sales (service, gifts, etc.)
* Contribution to the achievement of business goals.
Representation of the Store Manager:
Administrative activities, in the absence of the Store Manager or on their behalf:
* Any customer orders.
* Ensure that sufficient material is present (bags, gift boxes, batteries, etc.)
* Ensure that sufficient office material is present
* Communicating with the head office (parameter, e-mail, telephone, if specific customer cases, by appointment or on behalf of Store Managers
* Implementation and evaluation of the Linkage
Team leading, in the absence of the Store Manager or on their behalf:
* Organize the training of new employees (Swatch regulations, ); Training of employees on new products
* Delegating Tasks to employees, if possible and depending on the ability of employee
* Organize the working day (Administrative, stock, breaks ...)
* Keep the Linkage Book and train new employees to use it.
* Arrangement of motivating sales targets
Collaboration with the Store Manager:
* Forwarding important information relating to the daily business of the SM
* Keep Store Manager up to date on employees
* Respect the guidelines of the Store Manager and represent this to the team
* Open communication with Store Manager
* Completing further delegated duties of the Store Manager (if something is unclear ask Store Manager)
Profile:
Besides his main tasks/goals, to excite the customers and respect the brand's policy, the Assistant Store Manager must fulfil the following mission:
* Leading a team in collaboration with the store manager
* Boosting sales
* Setting the brand into scene
* Ensuring the organization as a whole and management of the store in collaboration with the store manager

Professional requirements:
* Education as a salesperson in retail and/or education as a sales coordinator with commercial skills as an advantage
* Experience in sales and leadership of a store and its sales staff, or as assistant store manager
* Customer oriented and customer friendly
* Takes initiative
* Experience in PR and marketing activities
* Being proficient in sales strategy
* Numbers oriented
* Commitment
* Representing the brand Swatch
