Key Facts: SAP HR, SAP SF, Project Management, full on-site presence in Luzern.
Main tasks:
Implement and Roll Out Global HR Solutions : Extract, transform, and analyze raw HR data into meaningful insights.
Project Management : Collaborate with HR Business Process Owners, Internal IT, and external suppliers.
Global HR Collaboration : Work closely with the worldwide HR community to ensure alignment.
Expert-Level Support : Provide in-depth support for HR modules and processes, and offer knowledge transfer and training to the Solution Support Team.
Manage Authorizations : Build and maintain the HR authorizations concept .
SAP Release Management : Oversee updates and releases related to SAP systems.
Your qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Studies, or a related field.
Several years of experience in a multicultural team with cross-functional collaboration.
Expert knowledge of one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules .
Experience with reporting tools : Proficiency in SuccessFactors Story Reports and Microsoft Power BI .
Language skills : Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
On-site work requirement : This role requires full on-site presence.
