Job Overview
We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to define, position, and promote our staking product suite. This role involves collaborating across teams to identify target segments, craft compelling messaging, and execute go-to-market strategies that drive product adoption and growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify value propositions for our staking product suite.
* Conduct market research to position products effectively, working closely with Product, Business Development, and Research teams.
* Identify product features that resonate with diverse target audiences, including institutional and retail segments.
* Develop and oversee Go-to-Market campaign plans in collaboration with BD, Product, and Research teams.
* Manage product KPIs and campaign budgets.
* Execute campaigns across marketing channels—working with Content, Social, Performance, and PR teams to deliver consistent messaging via landing pages, paid ads, blog posts, product pages, and sales brochures.
Requirements
* Crypto Native: 5+ years of experience in the crypto space with a deep understanding of its culture, trends, and audience behavior.
* Product Marketing Expertise: Proven experience in creating and executing GTM strategies within the crypto space.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, BD, and Research teams to develop cohesive strategies.
* Market Research Skills: Strong research and analytical skills to identify key product features and audience needs.
* Campaign Management: Hands-on experience with managing marketing campaigns across various channels.
* Data-Driven Decision-Making: Proficiency in analyzing campaign performance and using insights to inform strategies.
* Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication to craft compelling messaging for diverse audiences.
