Communications Lead (Focus on Marketing Technologies)

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, lead, and orchestrate the execution of a communications strategy and plan that drives business results.
* Collaborate with senior leaders across our partner ecosystem to drive proposals for scope/allocation/interaction models for projects.
* Orchestrate project change/communications strategies and editorial calendars to reach business/project stakeholder segments, assess their needs impacted by change, and ensure alignment with, and effectiveness of, change management and communications plans.
* Participate in RFP processes, vendor assessments, and selections for project change/communication support.
* Work across the project lifecycle to plan and execute town halls, roadshows, service/solution demos, user engagement sessions, briefings, scripts/messages, conferences/events to increase awareness, buy-in, readiness, and adoption.
* Shape project communication/change campaigns that articulate the differentiated value and thought leadership of projects to internal customers.
* Prepare performance reports to assess share of voice, communication effectiveness, and implement continuous improvement measures.
* Lead and manage internal communications, implementing multi-stakeholder engagement strategies.
* Set an example as a change/communication leader, effectively navigating complexities in a matrixed organization.
Requirements:
* 7+ years as a Communications Senior Manager in a Journalism, Communication Agency, or Communication Consulting Firm.
* Bachelor's Degree in Communications or relevant field.
* Excellent writing/editing skills with a strong portfolio/credentials.
* Able to manage multiple simultaneous projects while meeting tight deadlines.
* Well-organized, proactive, and goal-focused with attention to detail.
* Transparent, open, and sensitive to people's needs.
* Creative and flexible, delivering practical solutions.
* Offers well-researched ideas and opinions to accelerate project ambitions.
