* Several years of experience as an Application Engineer
* Expertise in supporting Microsoft SharePoint Server (on-prem)
* Expertise in supporting business applications of any field (SaaS, 3rd party solution, web app, etc..) and Microsoft 365 applications (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Exchange, Yammer, Stream, etc.)
