Global Sales Manager for Precision Workholding and Modular Tool Systems
We are seeking a seasoned and accomplished sales leader to spearhead our international sales team and drive global sales strategy for our high-precision workholding and modular tool systems. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in sales management, a deep understanding of global markets for workholding and modular tool systems, and the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills who can inspire and motivate a diverse team to achieve ambitious sales targets. The Global Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, fostering strong relationships with key clients, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service while leading the global sales team.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive company growth and expand market presence within the aviation and aerospace component manufacturing industry.
* Lead and manage the global sales team, promoting a culture of integrity, respect, and teamwork to maximize performance and align with company values.
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and provide insights for product development and innovation.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product design and engineering, to deliver tailored solutions that meet the specific needs of diverse markets.
Requirements
* A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or mechanical engineering is preferred.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management within the machine indexable tool and workholding industry.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth in international markets.
* Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with proficiency in both English and German. French is an asset.
