Description and Requirements
The Sales Account Executive role is a hybrid position in Geneva, reporting to the Sales Leader and General Manager for Infrastructure Solution Group Switzerland.
This individual will be responsible for nurturing trusted relationships with accounts in the Suisse Romande territory, understanding their requirements, and developing suitable solutions.
The day-to-day responsibilities include:
* Nurturing trusted relationships with assigned accounts, understanding their requirements, and developing suitable solutions.
* Providing advice on business challenges and requirements, as well as available options and their benefits.
* Acquiring new customers and partners while maximizing customer satisfaction.
* Planning, organizing, and executing commercial activities specific to accounts, including introducing new products and marketing activities.
* Creating and implementing business plans to increase market share while monitoring market developments.
* Informing existing customers about new products and roadmaps, proposing upgrades, and offering suitable transition solutions.
* Configuring, pricing, negotiating, and preparing sales solution quotes.
* Driving revenue growth within the diverse business partner base by leveraging channel incentive programs.
* Collaborating with Lenovo's channel partners in demand generation and marketing activities.
To succeed in this role, applicants should have at least 5 years of experience in sales of IT infrastructure solutions (hard-/software and services), familiarity with the reseller and solution partner business in Switzerland, and professional fluency in French and English; German is an advantage.
