CONTEXT :
We are looking for a passionate Digital Marketing Project Leader to join our L'Occitane en Provence Export Business Unit, based in Geneva. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in elevating our e-commerce presence across EMEA and LATAM (40 websites) while embodying L’Occitane’s commitment to innovation, sustainability, and customer-centric excellence.
As part of the Export Digital Squad, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams —Trade Marketing, Retail Training, Sales, Global IT and Digital teams — uniting efforts to deliver exceptional digital experiences. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Website Management & Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
Empower Local Teams: Guide markets through website redesigns by providing a central Shopify theme, tailored tutorials, and recommended structures for engaging landing pages and enriched product pages.
Innovate & Optimize: Share and implement innovative web features, monitor their performance, and ensure alignment with L’Occitane’s brand identity.
Drive Growth: Perform UX/UI and content audits in top markets to unlock e-commerce growth opportunities.
Web Developments Project Management: Partner with external agencies to coordinate web development projects and ensure the quality of new features through rigorous testing and validation.
Best Practices: Foster a continuous learning environment by gathering and sharing local insights and success stories across regions.
2. Web Acquisition Coordination
Audits & Insights: Working with Export acquisition leader, conduct annual audits of Google Ads and Meta Business Suite accounts in key markets, providing actionable recommendations tailored to market needs.
Strategic Support: Assist local teams and briefing paid media agencies, defining digital media strategies that amplify brand goals, drive incremental e-commerce sales, and increasing brand awareness.
Innovation: Collaborate with internal teams to create and execute campaigns that bridge digital efforts with retail store traffic.
3. Digital Consulting & Internal Community Management
Digital Follow-up: Build close relationships with local digital managers to co-develop winning e-commerce strategies that resonate with market specifics.
Knowledge Sharing: Create onboarding kits, host dynamic training sessions, and distribute monthly toolkits filled with actionable digital insights, content and campaign ideas.
Community Engagement: Animate and inspire a vibrant community of digital experts across distributor markets, ensuring L’Occitane’s digital ecosystem thrives with collaboration and innovation.
Resource Hub: Keep internal knowledge platforms up-to-date with tutorials, best practices and success stories that empower local teams.
HOW YOU CAN FIT :
Master’s degree in digital marketing or equivalent ;
Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing with hands-on exposure to e-commerce, web optimization and content management systems (CMS) ;
Proficient in English and Spanish, conversational level in French ;
Experience in the cosmetics or retail sector is a distinct advantage ;
Proficiency in CMS management, with Shopify experience as a plus ;
Competence in key digital tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and Google Search Console ;
Enthusiastic about digital marketing trends, innovations and strategies ;
Highly adaptable, solution-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, multicultural environment ;
Excellent team player with strong interpersonal, influencing and communication skills, driven to educate and inspire others.
