Job Summary
This position is responsible for facilitating and coordinating instructor-led training programs to implement Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. This position will play a crucial role in promoting and enabling the CRM change journey across all MSC Agencies in North America. This position will report to the Global Lead CRM Trainer.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assists in hosting train the trainer sessions for Agencies’ Customer Service and Commercial Staff (Executive, Managers, Representatives) for the implementation of the CRM modules at Agency level.
* Assists in delivering training to Agency Customer Service and Commercial Staff during the implementation of the CRM modules, in situations in which resistance to change is critical at local level.
* Assist in designing and developing training programs, based on specific needs identified during the implementation of CRM.
* Partner with internal stakeholders (e.g. CRM Change Management Lead, L&D Mgr.) and liaise with experts (e.g. external consultants) regarding instructional design.
* Use known education principles and stay up-to-date on new training methods and techniques.
* Assists in preparing hard copy training materials such as module summaries, videos, and presentations.
* Support in the shaping of agencies’ ongoing learning to enable change journey across all users and different roles (e.g. end-users, managers).
* Support in the preparation and delivery of ad-hoc trainings based on the agencies needs and critical change topics.
* Deliver training according to designed training and learning program.
* Develop monitoring systems to ensure that all Agencies’ Customer Service and Commercial Staff are performing job responsibilities according to training.
* Collects and provide feedback about change readiness presenting findings in a logical and easy-to-understand manner.
* Position will require occasional travel.
Qualifications & Key Competencies:
* Qualified to degree level with at least 5 years of working experience as learning facilitator.
* Preferred candidates with previous HR/CRM generalist working experience.
* Good understanding of CRM concepts, tools, and best practices.
* Proven tracks of Sales CRM training in both classroom and online format.
* Excellent English verbal and written communication skills or native English-speaker.
* Advanced public speaking skills.
* Out of the box thinking.
* Ability to handle different opinions and resistance.
* Proven hands-on attitude.
* Strong ability to develop effective working relationships.
* Pragmatic and proactive who enjoys delivering tangible results.
* Structured approach in dealing with complex context in a multitasking environment.
* International experience working and training in international settings.
* Flexible and adaptable.
