What will you do 1st Level Support Technical support to users by researching and answering questions, troubleshooting problems, and maintaining workstations.

Install and configure computer hardware and software.
Provide answers to clients by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding clients through corrective steps.
Improve client references and writing and maintaining documentation.
Operate devices (iOS, iPadOS, macOS, LinuxOS, WinOS, ServerOS).
Operate IT Infrastructure Systems (Active Directory, Printers, Exchange mailboxes, DNS, group policies, VPN, network technologies, and Backup).
Support other functions such as IT policies implementation, onboarding/offboarding, among others.
What do we expect High School Diploma or equivalent.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Confident handling of MS Office, ticket systems, Windows, Linux, Mac OS, and mobile devices.
Excellent English and German skills.
Experience working in international environments is a plus.
Ability to learn new skills quickly – for example, supporting new applications or adopting new best practices.
Problem-solving skills.
