We are looking for a Maintenance Excellence Manager to lead the implementation of our Group maintenance strategy, focusing on planning, efficiency, and performance optimization. In this role, you will drive the deployment of our strategy across multiple countries, ensuring seamless coordination and a centralized approach to spare parts management. Your efforts will play a key role in minimizing capacity availability risks, increasing transparency, and reducing maintenance costs and inventory, contributing to the success of our organization.
In this exciting role, you will be responsible for:
Ensuring group maintenance strategy implementation in all CCHBC production sites by building productive relationships with Maintenance managers, Plant managers, Country Supply Chain, and Country Engineering.
Coordinating planned maintenance activities across the countries together with OEM and internal stakeholders.
Continuous improvement of preventive maintenance plans.
Managing group maintenance projects (innovation, digitalization, SAP maintenance module).
Overseeing spare parts management.
Optimizing maintenance performance and processes.
Assessing technical capability in site maintenance teams.
Contributing to building Expert teams at CCH level to support cross-country maintenance activities.
Benchmarking best-in-class maintenance/spare parts processes & solutions in all the Regions and with other TCCC bottlers.
Inducting new Maintenance managers and Maintenance planners.
You can be successful in this role if you have: Experience in managing a plant.
Minimum 5+ years’ experience in maintenance and engineering management in Food and Beverage companies.
Engineering degree (mechanical, chemical, electrical).
Good knowledge of SAP maintenance module.
Results-oriented mindset, strong analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels in the organization in English.
Flexibility and willingness to travel across CCHBC countries (30% of working time).
