About the Role:
You will be jointly responsible in a team of specialists for customer and data topics, coordinating and advising on CX and Data projects in Logistics Services. Additionally, you will assume specialist management for selected applications or specialist topics.
Responsibilities:
* Maintain an aggregated view of the unit's CX and Data projects, identifying untapped synergy potential and opportunities for implementing the CX and Data strategy with specialists.
* Develop options for action and proposed solutions, preparing top management decisions.
* Take on (sub-)project management or actively contribute to cross-team and cross-unit projects.
* Identify consulting and support needs within the unit, analyze requests, refer them to the appropriate contacts, and coordinate the procurement of external services.
* Manage our team's portfolio, support the prioritization/planning of projects, and contribute to budget planning.
* Optionally, mentor an apprentice as a vocational trainer if interested.
Requirements:
* Possess a higher education qualification (higher technical school, university of applied sciences, university, federal institute of technology) or be undergoing advanced training while working, ideally in business informatics, business administration, customer experience management, or a related area.
* Have several years of professional experience, accustomed to working in agile and/or matrix organizations.
* Familiarity with all stages of a project and experience in project management and managing a portfolio of orders or projects is ideal.
* Already gained experience in optimizing and developing customer experience, business processes, or data flows.
* Work in a structured manner, identify synergies, and come up with creative, pragmatic solutions to complex issues.
* Able to communicate ideas clearly and convincingly, including at management level.
* Act in an entrepreneurial manner, always keeping costs and impact in mind, setting priorities, and developing pragmatic solutions that can be developed step by step in line with market dynamics.
* Navigate confidently between specialist units, IT, and external partners, enjoying cultivating your network.
* Excellent written and spoken command of German; knowledge of another national language and English is a plus.
