Sr. Key Account Manager (all genders)
Full-time, unlimited contract.
You will be responsible for achieving profitable sales growth at customers for the Mars business in Switzerland.
Maintain strong relationships and execute customer plans that deliver revenue, growth, profit, product assortment, everyday shelving, merchandising, pricing, promotions, and seasonal merchandising objectives.
Requirements
1. University or higher education degree in economics, sales, marketing, or similar field.
2. 3-5 years of experience in retail sales, preferably with some time in key account or customer management, focusing on OOH customers.
3. Familiarity with the Swiss market is preferred.
4. Fluent German skills are mandatory, while strong English skills are required, and knowledge of French is an asset.
5. Proven track record of building quality relationships within and outside an organization, with strong interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills.
6. Excellent analytical skills and solid business understanding.
Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver net sales value/earnings growth by maximizing available resources and levers.
2. Negotiate annual agreements and secure net pricing mandates through negotiations with customers.
3. Achieve perfect store targets with a focus on weighted distribution.
4. Manage resources, including budget and trade expenditures.
5. Develop forecasts and plans, such as annual growth plans and periodic customer NSV reviews.
6. Conduct business reviews to analyze customer performance.
7. Provide customers with category insights and make recommendations for category growth.
