We are seeking a sales professional with a strategic mindset who thinks beyond short-term targets. Your focus will be on building profitable and sustainable long-term partnerships that create lasting value for both our clients and Genedata.
In this full-time position, you will work independently while fostering a collaborative environment within the sales team. You will leverage your expertise to contribute constructively to team discussions and strategies.
Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of B2B software and/or consulting sales experience, successfully selling complex solutions to enterprise clients. They will also have in-depth knowledge of the biopharmaceutical industry, including biopharma processes, regulations, and challenges, particularly around digital transformation.
Bonus points if they have experience in mass spectrometry, which will enable them to engage in deeper conversations with clients, especially those in drug discovery and development.
This role is based in Basel, Switzerland, one of the top ten cities worldwide for quality of living, offering direct access to Top 25 Biopharma organizations and opportunities to travel to visit top-tier partners and leading Biopharma conferences and events when it adds value to do so in line with Genedata's sustainability ethos.
