Job Description:
Sales and Business Development
* You identify and engage with potential customers (B2B and B2C) through various outreach methods in the German-speaking part of Switzerland.
* You conduct thorough field consultations to understand customer energy needs and propose tailored solar solutions.
* You educate customers on the benefits of solar energy, including cost savings, environmental advantages, and available incentives.
* You collaborate with our technical team to design customized solar energy systems meeting each customer's specific requirements.
* You create comprehensive proposals, including cost estimates, financing options, and expected ROI.
* You drive the sales process from initial contact to contract signing, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
* You provide post-sale support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless installation process.
* You stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and competitive offerings to maintain a market advantage.
* You manage reports on sales activities.
The Ideal Candidate:
Requirements
* A degree in Sales or a related field.
* A minimum of 3 years' sales experience.
* Experience in energy, real estate, construction, or insurance sectors is advantageous.
* Proven ability to manage projects in a dynamic environment.
* A customer-centric and solution-oriented approach.
* Commercial acumen and a strong work ethic.
* Comfortable working independently.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Swiss German (C2) and English (B2); French is a plus.
