Job Summary:
This role involves contributing to the development and enhancement of Ronal Global IT operations, ensuring ServiceNow remains our core ITSM solution.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain, operate, and troubleshoot ServiceNow to ensure optimal performance.
* Install, configure, develop, and deploy ServiceNow applications, tools, and integrations with other platforms.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to educate and support them in utilizing ServiceNow for business services and automation.
* Lead and manage projects related to creating business use cases on the ServiceNow platform.
* Design process, solution, data, and application architectures independently.
* Provide user support by making configuration adjustments, resolving issues, and documenting solutions.
Your Profile
* Degree or certification in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Engineer.
* Strong experience with the ServiceNow platform.
* Development and scripting skills.
* Solid understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles.
* Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
* Proven ability in designing, implementing, and maintaining efficient ServiceNow solutions.
* Strong English skills (spoken and written); German is a plus.
