Job Title: Associate Director - Procurement
We are seeking a high-calibre professional to strengthen the Sustainability function within Procurement and Supply Chain by implementing a Target Operating Model for Sustainability.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Sustainability Transformation, experience in implementing Sustainability frameworks, policies, and strategies in a large organization, and expertise in Supply Chain Sustainability regulations, reporting standards, and ESG compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Implement a Target Operating Model for Sustainability across Procurement and Supply Chain operations.
* Engage and influence senior stakeholders to drive Sustainability initiatives.
* Develop and implement Sustainability strategies aligned with business objectives.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Supply Chain Sustainability regulations, reporting standards, and ESG compliance.
Requirements:
* Strong background in Sustainability within Procurement and Supply Chain.
* Proven experience in implementing Sustainability frameworks, policies, and strategies in a large organization.
* Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
* Expertise in Supply Chain Sustainability regulations, reporting standards, and ESG compliance.
* Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering Sustainability programs.
* High level of commercial awareness and understanding of Procurement best practices.
* Fluent English is essential – additional languages are beneficial.
