Clinical Support Specialist Spine – Region Deutschschweiz
For the Spine area, we are looking for a consultative and communicative individual as a Clinical Support Specialist. Are you aiming to step into a dynamic, economic environment? We offer a versatile role in a dynamic, modern company for a motivated and committed person. As an expert, you will advise your contacts such as orthopaedists, neurosurgeons, OR managers, and OR staff in hospitals and clinics during spinal procedures. In close collaboration with the Sales Consultant, you will play a central role in the coordination, organization, and correct application of the high-quality and innovative products. You will identify business opportunities early and relay the relevant information to the Sales Consultant.
Your Responsibilities
Advise your customers before, during, and after procedures in the clinical area of spinal orthopaedics and neurosurgery
Logistical coordination of procedures
Organize and conduct training events (workshops, customer training) for medical and healthcare professionals
Build long-term customer relationships with doctors, OR staff, and other decision-makers
Optimize inventory management and increase logistical efficiency
Qualifications - External
Training as a Technical Operations Specialist and several years of experience in the operating room
Solid and broad knowledge in surgery, particularly in orthopaedics, ideally in the spine area
Strong service orientation and professional demeanor
Customer-oriented personality
Strong organizational and communication skills
High flexibility and willingness to travel
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and performance-driven
Creativity and willingness to change
Independent, integral, dynamic, resilient, and entrepreneurial thinker
Fluent in German and good knowledge of English
Proficient in MS Office
