Key Responsibilities
* You will be responsible for owning and developing your product portfolio as a key business leader.
* Familiarity with commercial key performance indicators is essential to understand the business dynamics.
* We are looking for someone who can manage marketing campaigns & promotions, track their implementation, and analyze results on a daily basis.
* The ideal candidate will provide regular reports and propose ways of improving campaign performance.
* As a strategic thinker, you will translate product vision into actionable business requirements and ensure their technical implementation.
* You will use your analytical skills to review product results, identify areas for improvement, and suggest optimization strategies.
* We encourage you to review existing processes and propose enhancements where necessary.
* In addition, you will work closely with various departments impacted by product activities, ensuring seamless coordination.
* You will also be responsible for creating sales support materials, guaranteeing that all resources are up-to-date and accurate.
Your Background
* A Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field such as Telecom Engineering.
* At least 3 years of experience in Product Development/Project Management, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
* An entrepreneurial mindset, with a strong ability to work independently and autonomously.
* Cross-functional thinking is essential, covering aspects from marketing planning to technical project management.
* A hands-on approach, willing to dive into detailed analysis from multiple angles (Marketing, Customer Experience, Product Knowledge, Business Processes, etc.).
* Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills are required.
* Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to distill complex information into actionable insights.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, or Mistral).
* Bilingualism in English & German, with French being an asset.
* Able to work effectively both independently and collaboratively with diverse teams.
* Our offices are located in Renens or Zurich.
