Retail Brand Marketer Role
In this critical position, you will lead the development and execution of global marketing campaigns that drive product awareness, engagement, and sales across retail channels.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align brand strategy with retail-specific initiatives, delivering impactful campaigns that enhance the customer experience and support product launches.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute impactful launch strategies for products and campaigns across our own Retail stores and marketing landscape.
2. Lead key campaigns, ensuring clarity in the retail strategy, objectives, and production deliverables, as well as overall planning and execution.
3. Collaborate with the Retail team to track KPIs for brand campaigns, capsule moments, and product launches.
4. E nsure a smooth campaign process and effective coordination across different teams and functions, globally and regionally.
5. Capture and brief deliverables for all campaign and retail needs into relevant stakeholders.
6. Collaborate with departments such as product teams, merchandising, and visual merchandising to ensure marketing and brand campaigns support the retail strategy, aligning with e-commerce teams to create an omni-channel experience.
7. Create and update the Retail Brand Calendar seasonally and annually, aligning it with broader brand campaigns and product strategy, planning key promotions around commercial moments and calendars.
Your Profile
1. You have 6+ years of experience in campaigning positions connected to Retail Brand Marketing.
2. You possess exceptional collaboration and relationship-building skills, working effectively across cross-functional teams, including marketing and campaign teams, commercial teams, merchandising, retail teams, visual merchandising, and overall brand experience teams.
3. You are entrepreneurial-minded and comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment handling multiple projects.
4. You are self-motivated and driven to embrace new challenges, committed to continuous learning.
5. You have a strong understanding of retail marketing channels and trends, including retail both own channels and B2B, as well as in-store experiences.
6. You have experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that align with brand strategy and drive sales.
