Your Role & Responsibilities
* Lead and oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with client expectations and organizational goals.
* Develop, maintain, and ensure adherence to the project management plan, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
* Guarantee seamless service delivery in compliance with agreed service levels and contractual obligations.
* Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and deliverables on time and within budget.
* Implement and enforce quality assurance measures across projects and services.
* Act as the primary client interface, building strong relationships and addressing escalations effectively.
* Identify project and service risks, propose mitigation strategies, and implement corrective actions where necessary.
* Conduct regular reviews with clients and stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
* Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement in project outcomes and service delivery.
* Report on project and service performance to senior management and clients.
