Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to oversee the technical status of all aircraft. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership and technical expertise.
Responsibilities:
* Aircraft Technical Status Monitoring: Monitor the technical status of all aircraft to ensure continuous airworthiness.
* Primary Point of Contact: Act as the primary point of contact for flight crews and the Operations Control Center (OCC) for all technical issues during operational hours.
* Maintenance Support: Assist Maintenance teams and third-party maintenance organizations to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
* Fleet Management: Ensure the continuous airworthiness of the fleet by tracking and analyzing all reported defects.
* AOG Management: Manage AOG (Aircraft on Ground) scenarios and coordinate recovery operations.
* Compliance: Maintain compliance with company safety policies and maintenance standards.
* Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to the quality system and procedures.
Candidate Requirements:
* EASA Part 66 License: Valid EASA Part 66 License required.
* Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in line maintenance.
* Software Familiarity: Familiarity with AMOS software is beneficial.
* Technical Skills: Strong ability to manage technical events and AOG scenarios under pressure.
* Availability: Willingness to work in a shift pattern with full shift duty capability.
* Soft Skills: Excellent decision-making, troubleshooting, and organizational skills.
