For more information, visit As an integral member of Ethicon's Supply Chain Global Planning Team, you will have the opportunity to play a key role in ensuring that our patients and doctors are getting the surgical devices they need when they need them. Main Responsibilities:Is responsible for the planning and execution management of complex End to End Biologics and Medical Tech supply chains supported by various external partners Monitors and supervises supplier critical metrics and develops cross functional mitigations to address supplier performance issues Responsible for developing and monitoring annual supplier purchase plans related to JNJ Business Planning processes Partner with Global Planning team to translate country demand forecasts into SKU level purchase plans while meeting inventory targets and minimizing SLOB risk Lead Global Supply Chain improvement projects to optimize the External Operations processes in terms of Agility and ReliabilityLeads S&OP meetings with external suppliers Manages relationships with key suppliers together with Supply Relationship Management teamDevelops and implements inventory policies, standards, guidelines, technology and proceduresPlans inventory per sales forecast, to meet both customer service and inventory targets Coordinates and handles the shipment of finished goods from suppliers to JNJ distribution centersReports the shortages and surpluses of inventory to managementAnalyzes changes in the inventory relating to supply, demand and pricing; communicates relevant information to appropriate management Analyzes results and initiates appropriate action to meet business goalsPlaces Purchase Orders for finished goods and raw materials based on sales and inventory entitlement targets Executes ad-hoc planning reports Assist with management of co-ops / interns Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level Follows the implementation of the new systems agenda (TRANSCEND) but also can lead in the creation of digital projects based on their ideas For those who supervise or lead a staff, subject to ensure that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures QualifikationenWho we are looking for:Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Logistics, or Supply Chain related field isrequiredMaster's degree is strongly preferred2 years of related experience in Supply Chain / Operations is required Experience with JD Edwards, SAP, OMP or similar MRP planning systems is required Strong analytical skills and advanced knowledge of Excel is requiredExcellent organization, time management and interpersonal skills are requiredAbility to be highly detail oriented with outstanding follow-up skills requiredAbility to identify and manage business priorities requiredAbility to resolve issues: both technical and supply based requiredAbility to lead improvement initiatives requiredMust have flexible working hours to accommodate various time zones as this role is partof a global teamExperience in Medical Device or Pharmaceutical supply chains is strongly preferredExperience with SQL or Tableau is preferredDemonstrated knowledge of manufacturing principles and practices, and procedures ispreferredDemonstrated experience in working with external partners is preferredWorking in a global, matrixed environment with a lot of independency under limitedsupervision is preferredLocation & travel requirementsLocation is Zug, SwitzerlandEstimated 5-10% domestic and international travelJohnson & Johnson is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
