The NEXUS Service department is responsible for all products, tools and services for independent garages and distributors:
* Platforms (parts ordering, training, lead generation, etc.)
* Solutions (technical information, technical assistance, etc.)
Effective management of the workshop concept is at the heart of our activities: N! Networks are a fundamental pillar of the services offered to the entire NAI community. The newly created position of N! Network Manager will play a central role in expanding the offerings of the network concepts and ensuring seamless management and continuous improvement of the experiences offered to the community.
Main Responsibilities
The N! Network Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of managing and optimising the workshop networks under the N! umbrella. This includes designing, developing, and coordinating programmes & services to enhance the performance and cohesion of the network. The role ensures that the workshop network meets the diverse needs of its Customers, Members and Partners, maintains high standards, and consistently delivers value. To achieve these objectives, the N! Network Manager will perform the following key activities:
* Guide the overall strategy and development of the network.
* Manage the day-to-day operations.
* Coordinate marketing initiatives.
* Monitor and evaluate the performance of the workshops.
* Develop strategies to strengthen the network’s market presence.
* Guarantee workshops alignment with brand standards and guidelines.
* Ensure workshops deliver a consistent and high-quality customer experience.
Required qualifications:
* Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
* 10+ years of work experience in the Automotive Industry.
* Expertise in both Passenger-Car and Heavy-Duty segments.
* Ability to travel.
