Your role
Interested in working in financial services, and have an interest in data and software engineering, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?
We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2025 Technology Graduate Talent Program.
You’ll get to:
* participate in the design and build of Java and Python applications
* collaborate with the engineers to enhance and transform applications into stable and resilient cloud and on-prem applications using state of the art technology
* support deployment activities to state-of-the-art infrastructure and be involved in test cases
* actively support the AI transition journey by implementing proof-of-concepts
Your team
You would be working in the ‘eDiscovery Crew’ which is part of Group Compliance, Regulatory & Governance Technology. We technically enable, advance and support Group Investigations and the Data Protection Office. It’s a versatile and exciting environment, where we live an agile and all-inclusive working model.
Your expertise
We’re looking for a candidate who:
* has completed their bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in a MINT topic, no longer than 18 months prior to the program start date
* has experience with high-level programming languages, databases and software
* has experience with Java, Python, Cloud Computing (Azure) and Big Data technologies
* has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
* is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills in English and a true team player mentality
* is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines

Your program
Our Graduate Talent Program is 18-months long and is designed to help you develop the skills you need to grow your career. To start, the program introduces you to our firm, provides professional and technical training and teaches you core skills and knowledge of commercial strategies and opportunities for UBS. And it continues from there: by learning from your colleagues, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and build your network. You’ll have the opportunity to see beyond your job by participating in one, or several, rotations. If you’re ready to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
