About the Role
We are seeking an experienced full-cycle mortgage recruiter to spearhead our recruitment process from start to finish. You will utilize multiple candidate sourcing methods to find, attract, and hire mortgage professionals committed to excellence.
To excel in this role, you must have an active NMLS license for the state where you plan to conduct business.
Key Responsibilities
* Sourcing top talent through various channels, including colleges, networking groups, military sources, technical schools, and service organizations.
* Developing outreach strategies to engage job seekers, such as open houses, job fairs, job boards, social media, and high-volume cold calling.
* Maintaining detailed and accurate communication records in the applicant tracking system.
* Collaborating with hiring managers to design and refine a recruiting process for mortgage professionals (mortgage loan officers, mortgage loan processors, underwriters, etc.).
* Overseeing the full-cycle recruiting process (candidate sourcing, qualification evaluation, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and follow-up) for direct hires of qualified candidates.
Requirements
* Familiarity with human resource policies, hiring best practices, EEO, and affirmative action guidelines.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred; high school diploma required.
* At least three years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, sales management, branch management, or mortgage lending in the mortgage industry, real estate, or financial services industries.
* Proficiency in CRM/applicant tracking systems, MS Office, Google Suite, and social media tools.
* Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
