We're on the lookout for an Outbound Sales Development Representative to be a key player in our fast-paced Real Estate Wholesaling team! In this role, you'll be a crucial point of contact for potential sellers, guiding them through the selling process while keeping communication smooth and efficient within the team.
Note: The pay is hourly, and you get commissions on closed deals.
Responsibilities
1. Reach out to new leads in our CRM through calls and texts.
2. Develop strong connections and trust with potential sellers.
3. Assess and qualify leads using predefined criteria.
4. Support sellers throughout the sales process.
5. Spot and capitalize on deal opportunities.
6. Keep consistent communication and nurture relationships with leads over time.

Compensation
$6 - $8 hourly
