We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to work closely with our Wealth Planners in Suisse Romande, providing day-to-day support.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Provide active administrative support to Wealth Planners, including processing documentation, drafting correspondence, preparing documents, updating databases, and preparing meetings.
* Prepare reports, client offers, and marketing materials.
* Conduct legal research and assist Wealth Planners in drafting reports.
* Monitor and update files and archive documents.
* Support Wealth Planners in processing estate files and documentation.
* Assist in preparing presentations for management, the Suisse Romande market, clients, and other stakeholders.
Your Ideal Profile:
* Bachelor or Master's degree in Law, preferably specializing in tax and/or inheritance law.
* Experience in a law firm, trust company, or financial audit firm.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
* Excellent legal research, analysis, and control skills.
* Flexibility and ability to manage change.
* Thoroughness and discretion.
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft IT tools, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint essential.
* French mother tongue with very good command of spoken and written English; German or any additional language is an asset.
