What You’ll Be Doing Be the first point of contact for potential clients via email and social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook).
Qualify new leads and schedule introductory calls with them.
Keep our CRM (HubSpot, Scoro) organized - track leads, follow up, and make sure no one gets left behind.
Assist with client onboarding and answer frequently asked questions.
Social Media & Content Creation Create engaging captions and social media posts that connect with our audience.
Work closely with our graphic designer to create content that looks great and fits our brand.
Schedule and publish posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
Engage with followers by responding to messages and comments.
Research trends and suggest fresh content ideas related to Croatian heritage, citizenship, and immigration stories.

Who We’re Looking For No prior work experience required! This is perfect for students, recent graduates, or anyone looking for an entry-level role.
Strong writing skills - you enjoy creating engaging and fun content.
Excellent communication skills in English (Spanish or Portuguese is a plus!).
Passion for social media, digital marketing, and customer service.
Interest in Croatian culture and heritage (a big plus, but not required!).
Good knowledge of social media tools (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Meta Business Suite).
A proactive, organized, and self-motivated personality.
Must have a valid residence permit in Switzerland.
