Fellow

You will join our global network as a Fellow, working in teams and directly with clients in one of our locations around the world.

At McKinsey, you will be part of a firm that invests heavily in your professional development, challenging you to grow and succeed. As a Fellow, you will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects, helping top organizations across sectors solve complex problems. You will collaborate with experts from various fields, including data scientists, researchers, software developers, and app designers.

As a member of a team of typically 3-5 consultants, you will play an active role in all aspects of client engagement, gathering and analyzing information, formulating hypotheses, developing recommendations, and presenting results to client management.

You will receive exceptional training, coaching, and mentoring from colleagues and a dedicated Partner assigned to guide your career. Additionally, you will participate in formal training programs and receive support in selecting client projects to develop your skills and build your network.

While all consultants develop specialized knowledge and focused programs, most start with a broad focus, requiring no specific industry or functional expertise. Experienced professionals can build on previous knowledge or develop unique experience in new areas.

* Education: Undergraduate or master's degree or 1-3 years of work experience after completing undergraduate studies
