Your Key Responsibilities:
1. You will support the VAT sales and service organization by handling technical, commercial, and operational aspects of vulcanized products.
2. You will develop service product and customer strategies based on market and competitive intelligence.
3. You will create business plans from our growth strategy and direct market introduction plans.
4. You will identify customer technical roadmaps and drive corresponding product development.
5. You will monitor the market to address evolving needs and trends, and defend VAT's market position.
6. You will manage sales and profitability targets for the dedicated product family.
Your Required Skills:
1. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in sciences/engineering or equivalent education, preferably chemical engineering.
2. An additional degree in economics and/or marketing, or a successful record of accomplishment in a commercial position.
3. A background or experience in material sciences, preferably within the elastomer & polymer field.
4. Experience in product management within a high-tech international environment, preferably in the vacuum industry or critical component B2B business.
5. Fluent business English skills in written and spoken.
6. Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and know-how to further build our customers' trust and loyalty.
7. Ability to provide fact-driven solutions and translate market requirements into growth strategies with related execution plans.
8. Strong interpersonal, time management, analytical, and communication skills.
9. Willingness to travel internationally (20-30%).
