Anthropos is a modern solution that helps companies hire, assess and upskill their people with real-life scenarios. We call our technology AI Simulations. Our goal is to help technical and customer facing teams adopt it to better verify and upskills their people, with scenarios where they need to solve problems, collaborate with stakeholders and colleagues and ultimately proved their soft and hard skills.
As a Business developer your main goal will be to get in touch a specialized list of accounts following company size and target accounts we will define with our team. You main goal is to book meetings with new potential clients and learn how to prospect them and demo our solution.
Tasks
* Work with our founder and our founding account executive to define an initial targeting strategy and follow results and challenges on a weekly basis
* Design and execute a daily reach out composed of (at least) 50 calls, emails and linkedin messages
* Do weekly research on companies and prospects to improve your messages and work side by side with us to let our prospect understand how we can help
* Learn how to talk and demo our product at Anthropos
Requirements
* Previous experience targeting companies in the US is a must.
* Familiarity with products and solutions in the training and assessment world is a strong preference
* Perfect written and spoken English
* You must have strong discipline, motivation and desire to win and make money
* Independent and "let's do it" mentality
* Sense of urgency: we value this over anything else at Anthropos. You move fast, are responsive and communicate well inside and outside the organization
* Customer-first mentality - you know customers come first and would do anything to show value and commitment to them.
* Our team prioritizes soft skills over hard skills, so in this role we will strongly evaluate your propension to work hard to achieve goals, take risks and be creative. You will work side by side with founders and our founding sales team.
Benefits
* Salary composed of base salary and commissions (60% base/40$ variable) our range is 40,000 - 65,000 Euros total based on your experience
* Variable compensation is based on meetings booked + deals closed and it's not capped so you can make a lot more if you are successful
* Stock options in Anthropos Inc. with a 4-year vesting and 1-year cliff - 0.1%-0.3% range with additional grants if successful
* Spend the first 2 weeks with us in Lake Como / Switzerland (Ticino) and visit us at least twice a year
* Work with a very motivated team that has previously built and scaled Cloud Academy Inc. to 30M ARR and 250 people.
The first step into the interview process will be to complete an AI Simulations at Anthropos. Passing that with at least 60/100 will give you an automatic call with us.
