Your role
En tant que Dr. en chimie organique, vous êtes en charge de résoudre des problèmes de production de principes actifs pharmaceutiques établis.
Dans votre tâche, vous serez amené à travailler en relation étroite avec le groupe production en tenant compte des impératifs de production, sécurité, qualité et environnement.
1. Vous planifiez et coordonnez les activités de technicien.
2. Vous savez prendre des décisions rapides dans un environnement stressant.
3. Vous êtes force de proposition lors de séance de crise. Vous éditez des rapports pour garder trace des investigations (Production et R&D).
4. Vous pouvez aussi être amené à optimiser des procédés déjà implémenté à l'usine.
Your profile
5. Vous possédez un doctorat en chimie organique et possédez un esprit analytique et scientifique.
6. Vous avez plusieurs années d'expérience dans une fonction similaire en industrie
7. Vous avez idéalement une connaissance de la production et du scale up.
8. Vous aimez mener des investigations en équipe et chercher dans les détails les informations (analyse de data de production ou analytique, tour du terrain en production, …)
9. Vous êtes capable de fournir un travail rigoureux, de précision et bien structuré.
10. Vous êtes organisés, flexible et faites preuves d'initiative.
11. Vos excellentes qualités de communication vous permettent de travailler en collaboration avec différents services (production, QC, DA, QA,…). Vous maitrisez le français ainsi que l'anglais. L'allemand est un plus.
12. Vous êtes ouverts aux nouvelles technologies (PAT, …).

What we do in Evionnaz
Siegfried Evionnaz is a facility specialized in custom synthesis of active ingredients and intermediates for the pharmaceutical industry. The chemicals plant, built in 1957, employs around 350 people in a wide variety of fields, ranging from production, laboratories and logistics to quality assurance, administration and more.
