We are looking on behalf of one of our clients based in Zurich for an IT support technician. This is a long-term contract.
Tasks
* Manage IT incidents by telephone or on site
* Resolve incidents by managing priorities
* Install and configure workstations, printers and mobile equipment (tablets and telephones)
* Manage IT hardware stocks
* Prepare and provide technical support for videoconferencing rooms
* Interacting and coordinating with internal teams and external service providers.
Requirements
* CFC diploma in IT or equivalent
* At least 3 years' experience in IT support
* Good knowledge of Windows systems
* Good command of Microsoft tools (Teams and Office 365)
* Knowledge of Apple products (Mac, iPhone and iPad)
* Experience with VIP support a plus
* Good soft skills and communication
* Autonomous and pro-active
* German and English C1 level, French a plus
