Your Role

We are seeking a Front Office and Remediation Assistant to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will:
Analyze, review, and process remediation items in preparation for client migration.
Manage the end-to-end backflow of remediation items.
Document client structures (legal entities and individuals) and ensure accurate reflection in CS/UBS systems and documents, adhering to internal and external regulations.
Capture and maintain client data in internal systems.
Perform quality checks and controls by validating data across diverse systems and archives.
Collaborate with Client Advisors, Client Account Managers, and clients to gather necessary information.
Provide cross-functional support across workstreams, including reporting and remediation solution design.
Your Team
You will be part of the Remediation Support team within Global Wealth Management or the Remediation Readiness Stream. Our team specializes in reviewing client documentation and ensuring data quality cleanup for both legal entities and private individuals, preparing relationships for upcoming client migrations.

Your Expertise
1-2 years of banking experience, preferably in a supporting or client documentation role.
Experience as a Client Advisor Assistant or Front Support Assistant is highly desirable.
Proficiency in CS internal tools (e.g., FrontNet, CSDA, ELAR, Host) is a strong advantage.
A client-focused mindset with a pragmatic and positive can-do attitude.
Ability to work under pressure, demonstrating flexibility and a high sense of responsibility.
Strong attention to detail, structured working methods, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Excellent facilitation and problem-solving skills, with knowledge across areas such as CDB & Tax Requirements, Business Risk, and Operations.
