Job Summary:
Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests, ensuring a seamless dining experience. Set tables according to event type and service standards.
Main Responsibilities:
* Answer questions on menu selections and communicate with the kitchen regarding menu inquiries, wait times, re-cooked orders, and product availability.
* Communicate additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the kitchen staff.
* Record transactions in the MICROS system at the time of order.
* Maintain cleanliness of work areas, china, glassware, and other equipment throughout the day.
* Complete closing duties, including restocking items, turning off lights, and ensuring the area is secure.
* Present a physical and accurate check to the guest and process payment.
Additional Expectations:
* Follow all company policies and procedures, as well as safety and security protocols.
* Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management.
* Complete any required safety training and certifications.
* Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
